Luxurious, new apartments at the centre of Mayrhofen

General description

The location of the apartments Postresidenz is ideal, right in the centre of Mayrhofen, at just 800 meters of the Penkenbahn and around 1 km from the Ahornbahn. The skibus stop is directly in front of the door of the residence. On the opposite side of Postresidenz you can find a supermarket to take care of having freshly baked bread every day. It is also possible to book breakfast at the neighbouring Posthotel, for an additional fee. Other restaurants and bars can be found in the surroundings of the Postresidenz.

The apartments have been decorated modernly but they do still have a very traditional feeling. While decorating many beautiful colours and natural materials have been used. All apartments have a Wi-Fi internet connection. The Postresidenz offers a parking garage (max. heighth 2.20 meters), ski storage room with ski shoe dryer and it's possible to use a washing machine and tumble dryer for an additional fee. The neighbouring Posthotel has wellnes facilities like a.o. sauna's, a infra red cabin and relaxation room (for an additional fee, opened from 15.00 to 20.00 hours) that guests of the Postresidenz can use as well. Bathrobes and slippers can be provided on site as well, for a fee.

Layout

This detached chalet has two floors.

First floor:
Living room with sitting area, dining area and television. Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle.

Bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Separate toilet.

Second floor:
Three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single pull-out bed (closet bed), one with a double bed and a single pull-out bed (closet bed) and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bathroom with shower, sauna, two sinks. Separate toilet.

Furthermore, there is a garden, terrace, carport, parking and charging station for electric cars.
