General description
On the edge of the village of Ramsau im Zillertal (near Mayrhofen) are the chalet apartments Modern Life. The chalet-apartments offer a panoramic view over the Zillertal. At about 2.5 km from the chalet is the Horbergbahn cabin lift and with this elevator you enter the ski area 'Ski Zillertal 3000'. The elevator is easy to reach by car, but also with the (free) ski bus you are so. The ski bus stop is about 70 meters from the chalet. At this cabin elevator you will find, in addition to ample parking, also the ski rental and ski school.
The center of Ramsau is located about 1.9 km from the Modern Life apartments. In this picturesque village there are several facilities for an unforgettable winter sports vacation. You will find a supermarket, several restaurants and après-ski bars, but also an indoor pool, a toboggan run and an ice rink. The lively center of Mayrhofen is about 4.5 km away.
The Modern Life chalet apartments are comfortably and tastefully furnished and fully equipped. The chalet has a communal sauna and solarium where you can relax (for a fee) after an active day. There is a ski storage room with ski boot dryer. The chalet has free Wi-Fi and parking.
Because of the steep access road snow chains are recommended. The apartments can be reached by stairs.
The owner does not accept (youth) groups! The area is sensitive to noise. Therefore please do not make any noise and keep the peace.
Layout
This type consists of a combination of two adjacent apartments (on the second floor), which are only rented together. These apartments are not interconnected.
9-person apartment:
Cozy living room with sitting area, 1-person sofa bed, television and dining area. Open kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, small freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is access to a balcony.
This apartment has three bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite bathroom. One 4-person bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. One 3-bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed. One bedroom with a double bed. Three bathrooms, two with a shower each and one with a bath, shower and toilet. Separate toilet.
4-person apartment:
Cozy living room with sitting area, 1-person sofa bed, television and a dining area. Open kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, small freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is access to a balcony.
One 3-person bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Although this combination has several sleeping places, it is not allowed to stay with more than 13 people.
