General description
The luxury chalet Chaletneuf du Tenne is one of the highest located chalets in Châtel. Because of the high location of the chalet and the large windows in the living room you can enjoy a beautiful view over Châtel and the Abondance valley all day long. The Barbossine/Petit Châtel is the nearest lift and is about 1.3 km away. The ski bus stops about 30 meters from the chalet and takes you within a few minutes to the ski lift. This ski lift takes you to the Super Châtel ski area, from where you can explore the slopes of the entire Portes du Soleil. At the end of the day it is possible to reach the chalet via a path (off-piste) when there is enough snow. The ski rental shop can be found at the Barbossine/Petit Châtel lift.
When staying at Chaletneuf du Tenne you will enjoy all the luxury that this chalet has to offer. The chalet is tastefully decorated and after a strenuous day on the slopes you can relax in the private pool. The chalet has a separate lounge area with television and a nice sitting area by the fireplace. You will also find a table tennis table in the chalet.
The centre of Châtel is about 2.5 km from Chalet Chaletneuf du Tenne. In this authentic centre you will find a wide range of shops, cosy bars and restaurants.
Layout
The chalet is divided over three floors. The entrance is on the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find the cozy living room with sitting area, fireplace and dining area. Separate lounge area with 47-inch television including Apple TV. Fully equipped kitchen with hot plates, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and coffee maker. The living room has large windows and access to the balcony, so you can enjoy a beautiful view over Châtel and the Abondance valley all day long. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
On the second floor four spacious bedrooms. Two with two single beds each (on request the two single beds can also be made up as a double bed) and two family rooms each with a double bed and a sleeping corner (limited headroom) with two single beds. Four en-suite bathrooms, each with shower or bath and toilet.
On the ground floor is the private swimming pool and a separate toilet. Here you will also find a table tennis table.
