Our accommodations are divided into different categories. The number of stars indicates the quality of the accommodation.

Stars are awarded based on the following criteria: interior, appearance, square footage, location, state of repair, etc. The number of stars awarded ranges from 1 to 5.

Luxury chalet with woodstove and whirlpool close to the ski lift

General description

On a beautiful location in the district Petit Châtel lies the recently renovated Chalet Les Clarines. From the chalet you can enjoy a magnificent view over the valley and the village. Access to the immense Portes du Soleil ski area is via the De Barbossine/Petit Châtel chairlift, located about 300 meters from the chalet. The ski rental shop can be found at the lift. The ski bus stops about 50 meters from Chalet Les Clarines and takes you within minutes to the Petit Châtel lift or drive to the Super Châtel cabin lift (about 1.8 km) or the Linga lift (about 4 km). The meeting point for the ski lessons is at the mountain station of the Super Châtel gondola.

The chalet is equipped with every luxury and has five comfortable bedrooms so that every morning you are well rested and fresh on the slopes. After an intensive day in the snow let your body and muscles relax in the whirlpool on the balcony or make it warm and cosy inside and relax by the wood stove of Chalet Les Clarines. Children can be entertained in the television room with DVD player, Apple TV and PS4 game console. There are also board games available for enjoyable evenings together.

The authentic center of Châtel is about 20 minutes walk (about 1.6 km) from the chalet, but is also by ski bus or car. In the centre you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and a wellness centre.

Furthermore, the chalet has a ski storage room with ski boot driers and a washing machine and dryer. Chalet Les Clarines can also be rented together with chalet Belle Vache, which is suitable for groups up to 18 people.

Layout

The chalet is divided over three floors.

On the first floor you will find the nicely furnished living room with sitting area, television and dining table. Open kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Balcony with whirlpool and a view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

On the ground floor an extra sitting area with television, DVD-player, Apple tv and game console (PS4).

Five bedrooms in total: two with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. On request the two single beds can also be made up as double beds. Three bathrooms, of which two with bath and shower and one with shower.

There is also a ski storage room with ski boot driers, washing machine and dryer.
