Renovated chalet with e.g. fire place and infrared sauna in Mittersill

General description

On the edge of the town Mittersill, at 4.5 km distance from the ski lift in Hollersbach, you will find Haus am Sonnenhang. With the Panoramabahn ski lift from Hollersbach you enter the KitzSki Kitzbühel / Kirchberg ski area. At the first stop of the ski lift you will find a ski school. At 800 meters distance from the chalet a ski bus stop can be found. The town centre of Mittersill is located at 3 km and at 1 km you can find a restaurant. For cross-country fanatics, there is cross-country trail at 300 meters from the chalet.

Chalet Haus am Sonnenhang has a sunny position and has recently been renovated. It has a cosy, comfortable interior design. There is e.g. a fire place, a playroom for the children, table tennis and an infrared sauna.

Furthermore the chalet offers a washing machine and a ski storage with ski shoe dryer. There is one parking spot in the garage available.

Layout

The chalet is divided over three floors.

Living room with sitting area, fire place and TV. Dining area. Kitchen with e.g. four hotplates, an oven, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher. There are two balconies and there is a playroom for the children.

Four bedrooms with a double bed each, of which three have a wash basin as well. Furthermore there is a small children's room. Three bathrooms with a bath or shower. Two separate toilets.

The mentioned price is only valid for an occupation of max. 8 people. The max. amount of people allowed in this apartment is 9 people (on request). For person 9 a surcharge will be charged (to be paid on site).
