Wintersport Almenwelt Lofer
Almenwelt Lofer is an ideal ski region if you prefer a smaller but yet challenging ski region. Because this region is still fairly undiscovered by tourists, it's less busy than the more well known regions. Moreover the region is easily accessible and situated just over the border of Germany. In total there are 46 kilometres of slopes, of which 31 km are blue, 12 km are red and 3 km are black slopes. There is a snow park for snowboarders with 18 rails and jumps and for the cross country skiers there is a 4 kilometre long cross country trail at a heigth. There are 5 ski tows, 3 chair lifts and 2 cable cars.
