Popular ski area with a various offer in slopes and lively après-ski
The ski region of Les Deux Alped is known for it's many sun hours, but remains a very snow sure destination. For the beginning skier there are many possibilities, but also for the experienced skier there are many off-piste possibilities. For snowboarders there is a fun park with a halfpipe, spine and several jumps in the Secteur La Toura. You'll also find a boardercross here.
In Vénosc and in the beginning of the village you there is a cross-country trail. Furthermore, there is a high track on the glacier and there are some off-piste tracks for cross-country skiers (a guide is required for this).
There are no special winter hiking paths but for true hikers there are many possibilities in Alpe d'Huez or Serre Chevalier and here you can also make Bigfoot-walks. In the ski area of Les Deux Alps you can enjoy activities as ice racing, ice climbing or a visit at the ice cave with ice sculptures. There are also several events organized during the winter season.
