General description

Chalet Mitteregg is furnished with lots of wood and has a cozy typical Austrian feel. The chalet can accommodate groups of up to 20 people and is quietly located. The Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen, located on the outskirts of Hollersbach, is about 1.5 km from the chalet-apartment. This gondola will take you to the vast KitzSki Kitzbühel / Kirchberg ski area. The smaller ski area of Bramberg am Wildkogel is about 6 km away. Because this ski area is uncluttered, it is excellent for families. Here you will also find the longest, floodlit toboggan run in the world.

The cozy center of Hollersbach with a few stores and restaurants is located 1.8 km away. For a more extensive selection of stores, supermarkets and restaurants, it is best to go to Mittersill, about 6 km away.

Chalet Mitteregg features a private wellness room with a sauna and infrared sauna and a large living/dining room for 20 people. There is also Wi-Fi Internet access, a ski storage room with ski boot dryers and eight parking spaces. The owner himself lives on the first floor and co-uses the outdoor area.

Layout

The chalet is divided over three floors. The owner of the chalet himself lives on the ground floor.

Ground floor:
Spacious living/dining room for 20 people with access to the terrace. Typical Austrian stube with tiled stove and separate cozy bar with corner sofas / chairs. Kitchen with a.o. 4 hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, barbecue and dining/sitting area for 4 persons. Separate toilet.

First floor:
Kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and dining/sitting area for four persons.

On the first floor there are five bedrooms. Four each with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Two separate bathrooms with shower and toilet on this floor.

Second floor:
Small kitchen with a.o. 2 hotplates, refrigerator and dining/sitting area for four persons.

The second floor also has five bedrooms. Four each with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. Four bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, each with shower and toilet. Separate bathroom with bath and toilet and another separate toilet on this floor.

Furthermore, the chalet has a wellness area with private sauna, infrared sauna and a shower.

Lovely large house. Almost every room has its own bathroom. Two rooms can be used as an apartment with small kitchen. Lovely wellness room in the basement. Cozy breakfast room. The large room with lots of glass is very unsociable.
