Stylish chalet with sauna and quiet location in Hollersbach

General description

Chalet Schupfengut has a quiet but central location in the village of Hollersbach. The chalet is located just 200 meters from the center and about 3 km from the Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen, this gondola elevator gives you access to the KitzSki Kitzbühel / Kirchberg ski area. Another gondola elevator can be found about 6 km away, it takes you to the ski area of Neukirchen / Bramberg (Wildkogel Ski Arena). For more snow security you can go to the glacier ski resort of Kaprun, located about 34 km away. A ski bus goes from the village of Hollersbach to the various ski elevators. This bus stops at the ski bus stop 150 meters from chalet Schupfengut.

Hollersbach is a small village with a number of restaurants and bars. Furthermore, the village has two ski schools. In the vicinity of Hollersbach is about 40 km of hiking trails. In the nearby villages of Mittersill and Stuhlfelden there are plenty of activities to do in winter.

Chalet Schupfengut is a modern chalet with tasteful furnishings. Several pieces of furniture are handmade by the owner. The chalet has a sauna (for a fee). There is also a ski storage room with ski boot dryer and two parking spaces at the chalet.

Layout

This chalet consists of a combination of two apartments and is spread over three floors. Through an outside staircase you reach the second floor.

Bright, cozy living room with dining tables and a 1-person sofa bed. Modern kitchen with, among other things, a stove, refrigerator, oven, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. There is also a second kitchen with, among other things, a hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, dining table and 1-person sofa bed.

Seven bedrooms, five with a double bed each and two with a double bed and a single bed each. Two bedrooms have their own shower. Two bathrooms, one with shower and toilet and one with shower. There is also a sauna room with shower. Two separate toilets.
