20 persons chalet with private sauna in Kirchberg

General description

The cozy 20-person chalet Scherrhof is quietly located on the outskirts of the village of Kirchberg. The nearest chairlift 'Obergaisberg' is located 1.2 km away. The cabin elevator 'Fleckalmbahn', with which you can reach the larger ski area of the Kitzbühel Alps, is located just outside the village at a distance of about 3 km from the chalet. This elevator is easily reached by the ski bus that stops 50 meters from the accommodation.

Among other things, this spacious chalet features a private sauna.

The authentic Tyrolean center of Kirchberg is located at about 900 meters from chalet Scherrhof. There are many nice après-ski opportunities to find, especially the "London Pub" is very popular. In Kirchberg there are several ski schools and a toddler ski school (from three years). There is also a toboggan run, an artificial ice rink, a squash court, tennis halls and an 'Indoor Adventure' swimming pool. Kirchberg also has a very nice cross-country skiing area with 60 km of trails.

Layout

This chalet is spread over two floors.

On the first floor there is a large common room with several sitting/dining areas and a television. Kitchen with, among other things, hotplates, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Furthermore, there is a wellness area with a private sauna, shower and deck chairs and the chalet has a ski storage room with ski boot dryer and Wi-Fi.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms each with a double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. Two separate toilets. On the first floor are eight bedrooms in total, three with a double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet, one with two single beds and bathroom with shower and toilet and four with a double bed. Two separate bathrooms with shower and toilet.
