Modest and neatly furnished apartment near the centre of Kirchberg

General description

Apartment Straif has a quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of the well-known ski resort of Kirchberg. The nearest ski elevator is the chairlift Gaisberg, located about 2.5 km away. About 2 km away there is already a practice slope, ski school and ski rental. You will also find the Maierlbahn at about 3.5 km, the Fleckalmbahn at 4 km and the Hahnenkamm/Hornlift at 9 km. The ski bus stop is about 600 meters from apartment Straif.

The center of lively Kirchberg is characterized by the typical Tyrolean atmosphere. In and around the center there are several entertainment venues for a fun après-ski. There are also several stores, supermarkets, banks and restaurants. You will find the center at about 1.5 km from the apartment. At about 400 meters from the apartment a restaurant and at about 700 meters a small supermarket. Kirchberg also has an indoor swimming pool (approx. 1 km) and a cross-country ski trail is only 300 meters from the apartment.

Apartment Straif is simply but nicely furnished and has a balcony. In the house in which this apartment is located, there is a second apartment. There is a shared ski storage room in the house and parking is available outside. Bread roll service is possible (to be arranged locally). Snow chains are recommended.

This apartment is located on the first floor.

Spacious living room with a dining area and an open kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker, among other things. Furthermore, this apartment has a balcony.

Three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and sink. One bedroom with a bunk bed. Bathroom with bath or shower. Separate toilet.

The stated price applies to occupancy with a maximum of 6 persons. On request and for a fee an extra bed can be added for a 7th person (on request and specified at time of booking; € 210,- per week.).

Please note that waste separation is mandatory (if the waste is not separated, there is a fine of € 29, - per garbage bag).
