Reith bei Kitzbühel

At a distance of ca. 7 km from the well-known Kitzbuhel the smaller village of Reith bei Kitzbuhel is found. This peaceful village, situated at an altitude of 800 metres, is the ideal destination for cross-country skiers. The beautiful surroundings of the village offers plenty of groomed trails. Through the valley there is a trail passing by the lake ‘Schwarzsee’ and there is a connection to the well-known ‘Koasaloipe’. Furthermore, there are two small drag lifts at the village with a blue practice run.

Reith bei Kitzbuhel is situated near two big ski regions: SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental (284 km of pistes) and the KitzSki Kitzbühel / Kirchberg (234 km of pistes). From Ellmau you can reach the top of the Hartkaiser at an altitude of 1555 metres in the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental or to the Astberg at 1267 metres. To reach the area of the KitzSki Kitzbühel / Kirchberg you can reach out to Kitzbuhel and Kirchberg. Reith is conveniently located opposed to both regions – both situated at 7 km and accessible by ski bus. There are a number of bars, restaurants, shops and one ski school found in Reith. In Kitzbühel there is an indoor pool and a public sauna with solarium.
