Small-scale ski area for families with children
The Lachtal is situated in the Wolzertauern, in the province of Styria, Austria. The ski are contains approximately 25 km of slopes of all categories and also 10 km of beautiful ski trails.The valley starts at an 1600 metres altitude and the ski area goes up to 2222 meters. Lachtal has the first six-seater chairlift of Styria, this is also the only chair lift in the area. Furthermore, there are six drag lifts and various après ski possibilities. This ski area is great for families with children because of the small scale.
