Neatly furnished apartment in Pettneu at 400 metres from the centre

General description

Apartment Werner is situated in the comfortable village of Pettneu, near the well-known St. Anton am Arlberg. This apartment is situated on the second floor of an apartment building, at a sunny and quiet location and only 400 metres away from the centre. Here you can find a bakery, a small supermarket, shops, restaurants, a bar and a ski school. From Pettneu there are free ski buses shuttling to the ski lifts in St. Anton – the nearest ski lift is found at 6.5 km. The bus stop is situated at 200 metres from the accommodation.

From St. Anton am Arlberg you can reach the ski area of St. Anton – St. Christoph – Stuben, the eastern part of the ski region Ski Arlberg. This region is connected through ski buses with the western ski area (Lech – Oberlech – Zurs – Schrocken). The ski region of Ski Arlberg offers a total of 340 km of slopes!

After skiing you can visit St. Anton for some vibrant après-ski or you can relax in the sport – and wellness centre with indoor pool in Pettneu – 1.5. km from the apartments. Cross-country skiers can enjoy the trail, found at 500 metres from the accommodation. However, for more trails they can reach out to St. Anton where a cross-country network of 40 km is offered.

Apartment Werner is comfortably furnished and offers a nice view over the mountains from the large balcony. There is a ski depot for common use and at the accommodation is parking available.

Layout

This apartment is situated on the second floor.

There is a living -/ dining room with a dining corner, a TV and an open kitchen with a stove, a fridge, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher and there is a balcony available.

There are four bedrooms with each a double bed. Five bathrooms with each a shower and toilet, of which four en-suite to a bedroom.

The given price applies for an occupancy of maximum 8 persons. The maximum capacity of this apartment is 10 persons. For a 9th and 10th person an additional charge is required at € 210.- p.p.p.w. which has to be paid on site (to be mentioned at time of reservation). You will get an extra 2-person bedroom inside the apartment at your disposal.
