General description

In the cozy village of Pettneu, which is near the well-known St. Anton am Arlberg, you will find apartment Werner. This apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment house, which is in a quiet and sunny location about 400 meters from the village center. In this center you can find, among other things, a bakery, small supermarket, stores, restaurants, a bar and a ski school. From Pettneu there are free ski buses to the ski elevators in St. Anton, the nearest of which (Nassereinbahn) is about 6.5 km away. The ski bus stop is 200 meters from the apartment house.

From St. Anton am Arlberg you reach the ski area of St. Anton-St. Christoph-Stuben, the eastern part of Ski Arlberg. This subarea is connected by ski buses to the western part of Ski Arlberg (Lech-Oberlech-Zürs-Warth-Schröcken). Together, these two sub-areas have no less than 340 km of slopes!

After skiing, you can go to St. Anton for a lively après-ski. There is also the opportunity to relax in the sports and wellness center with indoor pool in Pettneu, located about 1.5 km from Apartment Werner. Cross-country skiers will find a cross-country trail about 500 meters away. For more cross-country skiing kilometers, they can divert to St. Anton, where a cross-country skiing network of approx. 40 km can be found.

Apartment Werner has a well-kept interior and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Among other things, the apartment has a large balcony. There is a shared ski storage room and the car can be parked directly at the house.

Four bedrooms, each with a double bed. Five bathrooms, four of which have a shower and toilet (each en-suite with a bedroom) and one separate bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The quoted price is for occupancy of up to 8 people. A maximum of 10 people are allowed in this apartment. For person 9 and 10 there is a surcharge of € 315.00 p.p.p.w. , which must be paid locally (specify when booking). You will then have an extra double room in the apartment at your disposal.
