The village also has the Erlebnisberg Naglköpf, where beginners and children can learn the basics of skiing, before entering the large ski area. There is a ski school, but there are also several possibilities for fun sports e.g. rodeling and snow tubing. Two evenings a week the mountain is fully illuminated, which allows you to do all sorts of outdoor activities after skiing.
The centre of Kaprun is situated at around 10 minutes driving from Piesendorf. The cosy centre of Kaprun has plenty of bars, restaurants and nightclubs for a nice après-ski.
