Chalet Dorferhaus is an authentic catered chalet, right in the vibrant center of Gerlos. The Dorfbahn gondola elevator is located about 300 meters from the chalet and you are about 800 meters from 'Isskogel' gondola elevator, so also here you are with a few minutes by car or via the free ski bus (stop in front of the door). These cabin elevators take you right far into the ski area, a perfect starting point to discover the various slopes of the extensive ski area. For beginners there are plenty of wide, blue slopes, but also the advanced skier will be well catered for.
After a long day of skiing you will arrive directly in the attractive center of Gerlos via a newly built slope, not for nothing called the après-ski capital of Austria! After a nice après-ski you can simply walk back to the chalet.
The chalet is decorated in the typical Austrian way, including a typical Austrian tiled stove. It is an excellent chalet to unwind after a long day of skiing. The chalet has its own spacious ski storage room.
The chalet has a free Wi-Fi internet connection.
Chalet Dorferhaus is rented including extensive catering service. So you no longer have to worry about anything, you can just fully enjoy everything the area has to offer you!
Catering includes:
7x Breakfast Buffet; including coffee, tea, fruit juice, French bread, (chocolate) croissants, cheese, various cold cuts and sweet toppings.
6x Dinner (between 18:00 and 19:30); extensive 3-course dinner, including soft drinks, juices, beer and a suitable wine, and after the meal a cup of coffee or tea.
Throughout the day drinks (except strong alcoholic beverages and in reasonable moderation) are included.
In the middle of the week, the chalet staff has a day off. On this day, breakfast is self-service and you are expected to provide dinner at your own expense.
To provide optimal service, the chalet staff themselves also stay in the chalet. They have their own bedroom and bathroom, these are not described further in the text.
This chalet is spread over 3 floors and has a balcony.
On the first floor you will find the living room with sitting and dining area. Kitchen area with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle, among other things.
Six bedrooms, three with a double bed or two single beds and three with a double bed and a single sofa bed. A total of five bathrooms, two with shower and toilet, one with bath, shower and toilet, one with bath and one with shower (three of the five bathrooms are en-suite). Two separate toilets.
Although the chalet has 15 beds, the maximum number allowed is 14 people.
Chalet Dorferhaus can also be booked in combination with the opposite Dorferapartment. You then have a sleeping place for up to 22 people and a catering service. Dinner will be served in chalet Dorferhaus.
