Located right on the slopes, this detached chalet is an ideal accommodation for families traveling together. In the private sauna on the terrace, relax after a day on the slopes. The chalet belongs to a luxury wellness resort. For a fee you can use an indoor spa pool, massage, hay bath and relaxation room with views of the beautiful mountain world. You can book breakfast and dinner on site. For small children you can also use the kids club for a fee.
The chalet is located in the higher part of Köngsleiten and the slope where the chalet is located is a blue slope, which ends at the Dorferbahn cabin elevator. This cabin elevator gives you direct access to the entire Zillertal Arena ski area!
Königsleiten is a cozy village with several stores, restaurant and ski school. Königsleiten is located at a snow-sure altitude of 1600 meters near Gerlos, on the border of Salzburg and Tyrol.
The chalet has a carport with space for two cars.
This chalet is spread over three floors and has an outdoor sauna on the terrace.
On the first floor is the living room with traditional Austrian dining table. One bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Ski storage room with ski boot dryer. There is also a terrace on this floor.
On the second floor you will find the open kitchen with kettle, hotplates, coffee maker (filter grinder), oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Living room with television and spacious dining area in traditional Austrian style. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and television. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Access to the balcony.
On the second floor you will find a TV corner and two sleeping rooms (closed with a curtain). One room has three single beds and the other has two single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. In the passage of this floor is a television. Access to the balcony.
Although the chalet has 11 beds, it is not allowed to stay with more than 8 people.
