At 350 meters you will find the Märchenwaldsleeplift after which you can ski to the Konigsleiten Bergbahnen and also the blue slope that takes you to the Sonnwendkopfbahn. Both elevators take you right into the middle of the Zillertal Arena ski area.
For your daily shopping you can visit the supermarket just 100 meters from the apartment. In Königsleiten you will also find a number of restaurants/bars, ski schools with practice slopes and ski rentals.
