The village Ramsau in Zillertal is situated at an altitude of ca. 600 metres in Tirol, Austria. Ramsau can easily be reached as it is situated at the main road of the Zillertal. However, by train the destination is very accessible as well.
Ramsau offers plenty of facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, ski rental and several sport shops - the village is therefore truly recommended!
At Ramsau im Zillertal you will find the well-arranged family ski area Gerlosstein with 12 km of slopes, but from Ramsau you can also easily go to one of the larger ski areas in the Zillertal. Because Ramsau is on the main route, there are several buses that take you easily to the ski areas in the surroundings. With the "Zillertal Super Ski Pass" you can ski in all ski areas of the Zillertal.
