The detached chalet Rote Alm is sunny above Stumm, in the district of Gattererberg. The somewhat higher location of the chalet gives you a beautiful view of the surrounding snow-capped mountains. The wooden chalet is decorated in typical Tyrolean style and exudes a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The chalet features a wood-burning stove, where you can warm up by the fire after an active day outdoors.
The ski elevator that takes you to the interconnected ski area Hochfügen-Hochzillertal is located about 5.5 km away. Due to its high and convenient location, you can often ski or snowboard here until the end of the winter season. Here you will also find the ski school, ski rental and an après-ski bar. The center of Stumm is about 4 km from the chalet and the nearest restaurant is about 1.3 km away. Are you not such a skier or do you want a day something different? Then there is a cross-country ski trail at ca. 4.3 km. There are also several hiking trails about 10 km from the chalet.
There is a storage room in the chalet. The road from the valley, to the house can be narrow in a few places. Snow chains are recommended. Parking spaces are available at the chalet. Pets are allowed on request with a maximum of two.
This chalet is spread over two floors.
First floor: large living room with sitting area, flat screen TV and dining area. Kitchen with, among other things, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and dining area. One bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet.
Second floor: five bedrooms, three of which each have a double bed and two 3-person bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
