Of the more than 260 km of slopes the majority is located around Flaine. One of Europe's biggest snow parks is located in Flaine, which makes this a paradise for snowboarders.

Hameau de Flaine consists of chalets and chalet-apartments, built in Scandinavian style and has a few shops and restaurants and regularly a bus shuttle will depart to the slopes. Experienced skiers can also reach the ski area by ski but to return to Hameau de Flaine, you need to take the shuttle bus.
