Perfect winter-sport village for families with children and beginners
Les Carroz is a true family village and offers its own ski area of about 55 km of slopes. The ski village is situated at an altitude of 1200 metres, near the well-known village Flaine in the ski region of Le Grand Massif. Above Les Carrroz one will find many wooded blue slopes which makes this area well-suited for beginners. The more experienced skiers can enjoy beautiful day tours to e.g. Flaine, Morillon and Samoens, but there are also several challenging red slopes situated above Les Carroz.
Besides skiing, there are many other activities in Les Carroz, such as an ice rink (opening hours depending on weather conditions), toboggan run, many possibilities for ski touring, cross-country skiing, fat bike, dog sledding, paragliding and helicopter skiing. After a long day on the slopes you can also visit the Aquacime Mountain Spa.
