Chalet Les 2 Vallees is situated in a convenient location in the authentic village of Châtel. The nearest ski lift is the Super Châtel ski lift, located at about 750 meters. The accommodation, location and amenities are perfect, however, the reception is very poor. The owners do not speak English and are unfriendly. I would advise the owners to hire an intermediary to take care of the reception and further handling. Also the deposit had to be paid in cash, this is out of date.
