General description
Chalet Forest Lodge is the perfect home base for those who like to stay in a quiet area, yet close to a large ski area. This luxury chalet with outdoor whirlpool is located in the village of Montriond, in the Les Portes du Soleil ski region. From the chalet it is only an 8-minute drive to the Ardent gondola elevator (direction Avoriaz), which takes you directly into the middle of the ski area! This elevator is ample parking. You can also drive to the center of Morzine and the ski elevators in about 8 minutes. You can also choose to take the ski bus, which leaves at about 150 meters walking distance from the chalet.
Chalet Forest Lodge is spacious and equipped with all comforts. You can relax in your own outdoor whirlpool, warm up by the wood stove or watch a movie in the comfortable seating area. Also on the covered balcony with lounge set and heaters and overlooking the wooded area, you can enjoy the afterglow of the day. Furthermore, all bedrooms in the chalet have the luxury of a private bathroom and there is Wi-Fi available. Parking is available directly at the chalet.
At about 500 meters you will find the village center of Montriond, with some restaurants / bars, a ski shop and a small supermarket. A large Carrefour supermarket can be found about 3 km away, on the road to Saint-Jean-d'Aulps. For a wider range of amenities you can visit Morzine.
Layout
This chalet consists of two floors.
On the first floor you will find the spacious living room with large windows, which provide lots of light. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with television, wood stove, dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Furthermore, this chalet features an outdoor whirlpool, Wi-Fi internet connection, ski storage room with ski boot dryer, spacious terrace and three balconies, one of which is heated and covered.
On the second floor you will find five bedrooms, each with two single beds (can also be made up as a double bed). All bedrooms have their own shower and toilet (open to the bedroom (without door) or as en-suite bathroom (with door)).
