Luxury chalet with wellness and home cinema on the slopes in Les Menuires

General description

Chalet Rainbow is conveniently situated in the Bruyeres district of Les Menuires. The chalet is situated right next to the blue Boyes run, so you can jump straight onto your skis in the morning and set off! This run provides access to several ski lifts, allowing you to head off in various directions within the Les Trois Vallées ski area. At the end of your day’s skiing, you can easily ski back down the blue run right to the front door.

There’s no shortage of luxury and comfort when staying at Chalet Rainbow! This chalet is very spacious and has a cosy, atmospheric feel thanks to the extensive use of wood and natural stone. The sauna or outdoor hot tub are perfect for unwinding after a day in the snow, but you can also enjoy yourself in the chalet with a good film in the home cinema or a game of billiards. Furthermore, the chalet features, amongst other things, a designer fireplace, a bar, Wi-Fi and a ski storage room with ski boot dryers, and almost all bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom! There is a garage with space for one car. There are also three private parking spaces next to the chalet.

Within a radius of approximately 200 metres of the chalet, you’ll find all the essential amenities, such as a supermarket, bakery, butcher, ski school, ski hire, childcare, various restaurants and bars, and a public swimming pool.

Midweek cleaning is included, as are towels, including a midweek change during the periods 20 December – 3 January and 7 February – 7 March.

Layout

This chalet consists of three floors.

The spacious living room is on the first floor and has a sitting area with flat-screen television and designer fireplace, pool table, bar, large dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen with, among other things, an American refrigerator, stove, three ovens, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker (filter), Nespresso machine, toaster, raclette set and fondue set. From the living room you have access to a small balcony with outdoor whirlpool (for 6 persons) and a spacious balcony facing south.

In the basement (-1) are the entrance hall, ski storage room with ski boot dryers, a small wellness room with sauna and cross trainer, cinema room with 3D screen, retro projector and Wii game console (movies and games available), laundry room with washer and dryer, separate toilet and a garage with space for one car. Furthermore, Wi-Fi is available in the chalet.

There are eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms in total:

Basement (-1):
-One bedroom with a double bed, television and en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet.
-Adjacent bedroom with a bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
-One bedroom with two single beds and television.
-Separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

First floor:
-One bedroom with a double bed, television and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
-One bedroom with a double bed and television.
-One bedroom with two single beds.
-Separate bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

Second floor:
-One bedroom with double bed, television and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
-One quadruple bedroom with two single beds and a mezzanine with two beds, television and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
