Chalet Paradis de St. Martin is built in traditional style using natural stone and wood. This comfortable chalet has a private sauna and features a balcony and terrace. The chalet is located in the upper part of the authentic village of St. Martin de Belleville and has a beautiful panoramic view.
The slopes are located about 200 meters from the chalet and the ski elevator about 300 meters away. The center of St. Martin de Belleville, with all necessary facilities such as a supermarket, stores, restaurants and several après-ski bars, can be found at about 400 meters distance.
The lower part of the chalet is for private use of the owner and is not rented. Near the chalet there is free parking. The chalet has a ski storage room.
This chalet is spread over two floors.
The living room has a cozy sitting area with double sofa bed, fireplace and television with DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, raclette set, fondue set, kettle and coffee maker. The chalet has partial floor heating and has a sauna, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, terrace and balcony.
Five bedrooms, two with a double bed each and three with two single beds each. Five bathrooms each with a shower. Three separate toilets.
