Plan-Pelsey is situated next to Vallandry and has two small shopping streets, one in the area of Soleil and one in the area of Aiguilles, offering places to go out and numerous shops. The village exists out of (renovated) houses/chalets and were built in '60 - 70's.
The well-known Vanoise Express departs from Plan-Peisey to Les Coches. This lift connects the area of Les Arcs with la Plagne, and together they form Paradiski.
