Large chalet with wellness and home cinema, at the slope in Villaroger

General description

The beautiful chalet Père Gaspard has an ideal location in the village of Villaroger. This is because the chalet is located right on the ski slope, so you can put on your skis and hit the road first thing in the morning! The gondola is just 100 meters away. At the end of the day you can ski back to the front door. This 30-person chalet is equipped with several luxury facilities, including a private wellness area with sauna and steam room, an outdoor whirlpool on the terrace and a home theater! In addition, the chalet has two living areas and almost all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Villaroger is a small village at about 1200 meters altitude and is located on the edge of the huge ski area of Les Arcs (200 kilometers of slopes). The wooded slopes above Villaroger are also manageable for beginners. Advanced skiers can ski from the Aiguille Rouge (3226 meters altitude) via black and red runs back to Villaroger in one go, a drop of more than 2000 meters! Near the gondola you can find the ESF ski school.

The village of Sainte Foy is about 4 kilometers from chalet Père Gaspard. Here you will find several stores and restaurants. In Villaroger there are a number of restaurants, beyond that there are no facilities. Bread service is possible (for a fee), at the cheese farm 400 meters away.

About 150 meters away is a large public parking lot.

Layout

This chalet consists of three floors and has the entrance on the first floor.

On the second floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace, large dining tables and a fully equipped kitchen including a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, two ovens (electric and gas), microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fondue set and a blender. Second living room (on mezzanine above living/dining room) with sitting area with television. Terrace with outdoor whirlpool (covered).
Furthermore, on this floor there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed each and en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet. One bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the second floor there are seven bedrooms. Two bedrooms with two single beds, a mezzanine with a double sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms with two single beds each and en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet. One bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. One 4-person bedroom with four 1-person beds (through a connecting door you can make two bedrooms with two 1-person beds) and a bathroom with bath. Separate toilet.

On the first floor there is a beautiful wellness area with sauna, steam bath, cold water basin, two showers and toilet. There is also a fitness room and home cinema with 12 seats, beamer, Blu-Ray/DVD player and surround sound system and a heated ski storage room with ski boot dryer. There is also a bar with a pool table (for a fee) and table soccer. One family bedroom with a double bed and two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
