Charming Italian winter-sport village with several activities
Falcade is a charming Italian mountain village, surrounded by the beautiful mountain tops of the Domolites. In the village are shops, a playground for kids, a ski bar at the slope, some bars and a number of restaurants. The restaurant in hotel Belvedere is well-known in the area.
The local tourism office organises several activities, where romance is a returning theme in this village. There is a 10 km long ‘lovers slope’ and you can do the ‘Tour d’emozione’ with a guide,
The ski area of Falcade is part of Tre Valli, covering 92 km of slopes –maintained with snow cannons. From the village there is one ski lift departing to the ski area at the Monte pradazzo – here you will mainly find red slopes and one blue slope, leading back to the village. It is also optional to ski down to Passo di San Pellegrino.
As many Italian villages, the village of Falcade is a picturesque destination where one can enjoy memorable hikes visiting two small churches (Alta and Falcade).
