Ponte di Legno is a charming mountain village in the Lombardy region, situated at an altitude of 1,256 metres at the foot of the Pontedilegno-Tonale ski area. Together with Passo Tonale and Temù, the village forms a varied winter sports area with around 100 km of slopes and a glacier with guaranteed snow up to over 3,000 metres. Thanks to the modern lift links, you can easily reach all parts of the ski area.
The historic centre of Ponte di Legno has a cosy Italian atmosphere with charming squares, shops, restaurants and cafés. Unlike the higher-altitude Passo Tonale, the village has an authentic character and a lively atmosphere. After a day on the slopes, you can head to one of the restaurants for local specialities or relax in a wellness centre (due to be built in 2026).
There are also plenty of options for non-skiers. These include winter walking routes, cross-country ski trails, snowshoe walks and various wellness facilities in the surrounding area.
