Wintersport Zinal
Zinal is a small, authentic winter sports village at the end of the Val d'Anniviers valley. In the village you will find all the necessary facilities for your winter sports vacation, such as a ski school, sports stores with ski rental, several restaurants and bars and supermarkets. Furthermore, there is an ice skating rink and there are cross-country ski trails and hiking trails.
Since the winter season 2013-2014, Zinal is connected to the Grimentz ski area by a new cable car. This 3 km long gondola runs over no less than 3 valleys and offers a beautiful view. The ski area of Zinal consists mainly of red slopes. Together, Zinal and Grimentz offer a ski area with about 115 km of slopes. The other areas, St-Luc-Chandolin and Vercorin, can be reached with the free ski bus. The entire Val d'Anniviers ski area has about 215 km of slopes.
