Chalet Bellevue is a detached luxury chalet, on the outskirts of Mauterndorf. What peace and quiet and space you will find here. Cozy by the fireplace with a nice drink or relax in the sauna. Everything is possible here.
Mauterndorf I (practice elevator) is 3 km from chalet Bellevue. The free ski bus stops 100 meters from the chalet so in principle you can leave your car the whole week. Because the ski area is not too large, it is manageable and ideal for families with children. Also the more experienced skiers can have a great time in the Lungau ski region. On the Grosseck Speiereck you will find a challenging black slope, but with the SkiLungau ski pass you can also ski on the Fanningberg and in Katschberg-Aineck. These ski areas are about 8.5 km away from Mauterndorf. The ski area of Obertauern is about a 15-minute drive away and is therefore also among the possibilities.

Beautiful house, nicely decorated, very cozy. Kitchen is wonderfully spacious and can be well cooked in. Location is beautiful with stunning views. Garage is practical and room enough for several cars. Sauna was nice. Children could enjoy sledding in front of the door. What could be better is the price, even though it is a nice big house, the location relative to the slopes is not ideal and it is a small area. Furthermore, the downstairs bedroom was very cramped, especially the bathroom. Upstairs also not very special except for the master bedroom. Furthermore, the reception was not very good. Chalet Bellevue is a very comfortable, luxuriously equipped chalet with all the trimmings. Spacious bedrooms, luxury bathrooms, spacious sauna, Miele appliances in the kitchen and rest of the house. 2 sitting areas in the room and separate dining area. We were with 7 people and then it is wonderful to have so much space. We skied in Obertaurn, about 30 minutes drive. Fine, snowy ski area. In short: a very nice vacation home!
