Wintersport Schruns / Silbertal

Schruns and Tschagguns form the centre of the Montafon area, Schruns characterized by its wide-ranging chalet-style buildings and 5 km away from the family-friendly village of Silbertal. In the valley of the village a cross-country trail is situated and there is a chair lift leading to Hochjoch - the ski area of Schruns. There are two cable-cars leading from Hochjoch to Kapell, to a height of 1850 metres. At this point eleven lifts come together, below three mountain ranges. The intermediate skier can enjoy the blue slope that leads through the Herzsee, which is connected with the ski lifts in Kapell via a 270 metres long tunnel with a descend of 4%.
