Wintersport St. Gallenkirch
The friendly village of St. Gallenkirch lies at the foot of a number of mountain ranges. Just outside the village you can take the Grasjochbahn or the Valiserabahn with which you can discover both sides of the Silvretta Montafon ski area. This area consist of in total 140 km of slopes.
The children's area and the ski school are located at the middle station of Valiserabahn. In this part of the ski area you will also find a number of beautiful, long blue slopes.
Snowboarders and freestyle skiers can make use of the half pipe of 100 metres of length and there is a snowboard school.
For cross-country skiers there is a nice route between St. Gallenkirch, Gortipohl and Gaschurn. Furthermore, you will find a few beautiful hiking trails in this area.
