General description
Apartment Diasbach is located in the center of Kappl in a beautiful spot overlooking the surrounding mountains. Approximately 1.5 km away you can take the Dias cable car to the Kappl ski area, part of the large ski area Silvretta Arena. At about 500 meters from the apartment you get on the slopes and ski to the Dias gondola. But you can also reach the ski lift with the ski bus, which stops at about 50 meters. You can also go to the large ski area Ischgl, about 10 km from apartment Diasbach.
The nearest shops and restaurants are already a few hundred meters away in the center of Kappl. For even more shops and restaurants and especially good après-ski you can best go to Ischgl. For cross-country skiers there are approx. 30 km of trails in the area of Kappl.
The apartment has a ski storage room with ski boot dryer, Wi-Fi internet connection and six parking spaces.
Layout
This apartment is divided over two floors. The owner also lives in the house.
On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and a large dining area with television. Three bedrooms, three of which each with a double bed, single sofa bed and washbasin and one with a double bed and washbasin. Two bathrooms, each with a shower. Two separate toilets.
On the third floor there is a kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and a small dining area with television. One bedroom under a sloping roof with a double bed, single sofa bed and access to the balcony. One bathroom with shower. Separate toilet.
