Apartment Grissemann is peacefully located in the district of Holdernach, near Kappl. At a distance of ca. 3,5 km you can take the Dias cabin lift to the ski area of Kappl, part of the large ski area of Silvretta Arena. The ski bus stops about 200 meters from the apartment. You can also go to the large ski area of Ischgl, about 12 km from apartment Grissemann.
The nearest shops and restaurants are in the centre of Kappl, approx. 3.5 km away. For more shops and restaurants and especially good après-ski, Ischgl is the best place. For cross-country skiers there are approximately 30 km of trails in the Kappl area.
The apartment has a ski storage room with ski boot dryer, Wi-Fi internet connection and eight parking spaces, four of which are covered.
This apartment is divided over two floors. The owner also lives in the house.
On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and a large dining area with television.
