General description

Apartment house Jäger is located in the village of Kappl, 2 km from the centre. At 3 km distance you will find the Dias cabin lift. Kappl has a ski area with approx. 40 km of slopes and is part of the Silvretta Arena, one of the largest and most popular ski areas in Austria. The skiing area of Ischgl is 12 km away from Haus Jäger. The ski bus stop is only 50 meters away and the ski run ends at 700 meters from apartment house Jäger.

In the center of Kappl you can find several restaurants and supermarkets. For après-ski you can best go to the center of Ischgl. There are 30 km of cross-country trails in the Kappl area.

In apartment house Jäger are a total of three apartments with a rural and comfortable design, of which we offer only the 11-person type. There is parking space, a ski storage room and ski boot dryer and free Wi-Fi. The owner himself lives on the ground floor.

Layout

This type is divided over two floors.

First floor:
Spacious kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, dining area. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, single bed and washbasin and one with a double bed. Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

Second floor:
Three bedrooms, two with two single beds each and one with a double bed and balcony. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Separate toilet.
