Wintersport Forstau
Quiet winter-sport village, found between Schladming and Radstadt
The small, quiet village of Forstau is located between Schladming and Radstadt. The village is quite slopes and the locals are very welcoming. In the village are a just a few restaurants and bars. Forstau also has a beautiful Catholic parish church which was built in 1742.
The ski area of Fageralm is very suitable for children and offers 15 km of slopes. Forstau also offers great hiking possibilities through the forests in the area. Would you rather go to a bigger ski area? Go to the 4-Berge-Skischaukel (ca. 123 km of slopes), which consist of the ski areas Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen en Reiteralm.
