Het huisje is luxueus ingericht met 4 badkamers maar wat echt ontbreekt is een woonkamer met een paar gemakkelijke stoelen. Er is alleen een woonkeuken.
Het chalet ligt prachtig voor de gevorderde skiër, voor beginners is het niet echt practisch omdat het tussen 2 rode pistes inligt. Beginners worden met een gratis taxi (super service) naar de gondel beneden gebracht

We waren eigenlijk wat te vroeg ter plaatse maar het was geen enkel probleem om eerder van het chalet gebruik te maken. Ook het "bed en was" pakket werd daarom vroeger aangeleverd. Er mistte wat (kook)spullen maar dat werd snel aangevuld. Sauna en bubbelbad was heerlijk alleen gaat de sauna om 21.30 uur automatisch uit. Broodjes service was heel goed. Elke morgen om 7.00 uur werd het geleverd. Helemaal TOP was dat de ski uitrusting gebracht en opgehaald werd door de verhuurder in het dal. Voor 11 personen een complete ski uitrusting op deze locatie te krijgen zou wel een probleem geweest zijn maar dat werd perfect opgelost. We zijn een keer in het bijbehorende restaurant wezen eten maar dat was iets minder. Lang wachten en van de kwaliteit/prijs verhouding hadden we meer verwacht. Bediening was wel goed. Al het personeel in Almwelt Austria was trouwens heel aardig en behulpzaam.
Kortom een hele goede locatie en de 4 sterren meer dan waardig.
Enig minpuntje over de ski faciliteiten : de verbinding tussen de vier bergen kan beter. Van Planai terug naar de Reiteralm moet je met de lift naar beneden, met de lift de Hochwurzen op en via een lang, redelijk smal pad naar beneden en via een (zeer) trage stoeltjeslift weer de Reiteralm op.
Positief : wachttijden bij de liften te verwaarlozen. Meestal gelijk doorlopen ....
