General description

Apartment Brunner opened its doors in December 2015. The location is fantastic, in the center of Niederau and right next to the Markbachjochbahn ski elevator and piste. The ski school is also located nearby.

The slopes around Niederau are not incredibly large, but versatile. The entire ski area Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau has 145 km of slopes. To the Schatzberg in Auffach is about 10 minutes drive, this can also be done with the ski bus, which stops outside the door. For even more variety you can also drive about 15 minutes to Hopfgarten and from there via the Salvenbahn into the Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski area (279 km of slopes).

Restaurants, bars and stores are nearby.

Brunner has 7 luxury apartments and has a reception, restaurant, elevator, ski storage and parking. You may make free use of the sauna in apartments Vicky (approx. 300 meters away).

The elevators will close in Niederau on March 27. You can still take the post bus or your own car to Auffach where the elevators will still be open until April 3.

Layout

A spacious apartment with a living room, a seating corner, a television and a DVD-player. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, four hotplates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a kettle. Moreover, there is a washing machine, a iron, a balcony or terrace and a private infra-red cabin.

There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a television. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and a toilet and one with a bath and a toilet.
