General description

AlpenParks Sonnleiten comprises a range of modern, well-appointed apartments in Saalbach and is ideally situated for a wonderful winter sports holiday. The ski run is just around 120 metres from the apartments. You can easily ski along this run to the Kohlmaisbahn, which takes you straight into the extensive Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn ski circuit. With no fewer than 270 kilometres of slopes, you can discover new runs and routes here every day. Haven’t covered enough kilometres yet? In Viehhofen, you can take the ZellamseeXpress, which takes you to the Zell am See ski area. If you combine the slopes of both ski areas, you’ll have a total of no fewer than 408 kilometres of slopes at your disposal. So there are plenty of opportunities for long and varied days on the slopes.

The charming centre of Saalbach is about 1 kilometre away. Here you’ll find a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars, and you can enjoy a lively après-ski atmosphere after a day’s skiing.

During your stay at Sonnleiten, you can relax in the heated outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast is also included and is served every morning in the restaurant, so you can get your day’s skiing off to a good start. There is also Wi-Fi and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. You can also use a washing machine and tumble dryer for a fee. One parking space in the car park is included per flat. Additional parking spaces are available on request and for a fee. There is also the option to charge electric vehicles.

Layout

Living room with a sofa bed, television and dining table. Kitchen equipped with, amongst other things, a hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. The living room also features a double bed, which is partially screened off from the rest of the room.

Bedroom with a double bed. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet, and one with a shower, sauna and toilet.

The standard occupancy is 4 people, with the option of accommodating up to 2 additional children or 1 additional adult.
