Oberleitner is a traditional Tyrolean group home transformed from guest house to chalet, perfectly suited for groups of up to 34 people. In the morning and evening you can socialize in the spacious dining room. The 16 bedrooms the chalet features all have televisions and en-suite bathrooms with toilets.
The ski bus stop is 230 meters away which takes you directly to the ski elevator of the Bergban Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental in a few minutes. Directly at the ski elevator you can also find a ski rental and nearby a ski school. The piste and ski elevator is 1400 meters from the chalet. From the ski elevator you have access to one of the largest ski areas in Austria, with 288 kilometers of slopes.
In the center of Brixen im Thale you will find a few stores, supermarket, restaurants and bars. For a cozy après-ski you can visit the bars at the valley station of the gondola.
The spacious detached chalet Oberleitner is spread over three floors.
On the first floor you will find the small living room with sitting area and television. There is a spacious cozy dining area with bar with ornamental tap, ornamental tile oven, dining areas with seating for 5 to 7 people each, kettle and coffee maker (filter). Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, among others. Playroom with television. Ski storage room with shoe dryer. Three toilets. In the garden you have a terrace. There are approximately 10 parking spaces.
On the second floor you will find 10 bedrooms. Eight bedrooms each with a double bed, one with a single bed and one with a double bed and a single bed. All bedrooms have a television and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the second floor you will find an open kitchen with dining table, coffee maker (filter), oven and microwave. There are 6 bedrooms. Three bedrooms each with a double bed. Two bedrooms each with a single bed and a double bed. Bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have a television and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
All bedrooms in the chalet have access to the balcony.
