The sunny winter sport village Söll is found between the Kaiser mountains and the Hohe Salve. The village is relatively small, however it is a vibrant destination with a pedestrian centre and various traditional houses with original wall paintings. Next to skiing there are a number of other activities available in Söll like e.g. swimming in the Panorama bath, relaxing in the public sauna and you can even enjoy night-skiing or sledding some night of the week. In the centre of Söll you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cosy aprés-ski bars and the discotheque Whiskey Mühle.

The Söll-Hoch Söllift is a cable-car that will lead you within 7 minutes to the ski area. From the village you can reach this lift via a tunnel or by ski bus. SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental offers for skiers of all degrees exhilarating runs – both beginners as experienced skiers. In Söll is a practice run situated with a drag lift and the advanced skier can try the black run on the Hohe Salve that leads to Brixen im Thale.
There are two half-pipes situated in the ski area – one near Söll. Moreover there are two fun parks found as well, one in Ellmau and one in Westendorf. Hike and cross-country possibilities are available with over 220 km of cross-country trails and a number of hiking paths.
