Our accommodations are divided into different categories. The number of stars indicates the quality of the accommodation.

Stars are awarded based on the following criteria: interior, appearance, square footage, location, state of repair, etc. The number of stars awarded ranges from 1 to 5.

Peaceful and centrally situated group chalet in vivid Sölden

General description

Chalet Austria has a peaceful and central location in Sölden, just above the centre. The closeset shops and restaurants are found at 200 metres from the chalet. The Gaislachkoglbahn ski lift can be reached by foor in about 500 metres. This cable car can take you up the Gaislachkogl mountain, which has a 3058 metre altitude.

This typically regional chalets exists of three apartments that are rented as a whole for groups upto 19 persons. At the second floor of the chalet there is a separate apartment where the owner himself lives, with its own entrance. Chalet Austria mainly has 2-person bedrooms and e.g. a ski (and ski shoe) storage and balconies. It has parkings in front of the chalet available.

Sölden is known for the international competitions that are organized there, which is why this village often has the latest gadgets and techniques in skiing. There are also concerts on regular base and many activities are being organised. The night life and après ski in Sölden is for all kinds of people.

Layout

The chalet is divided over two floors. The chalet houses three apartments that are being offered as a whole. Please note: on the second floor the owner has his own separate apartment with his own entrance.

The entrance is at ground floor level. Here you can find a sitting corner, communal living room with dining tables and a TV. Separate kitchen is equipped with e.g. hotplates, a fridge, oven, microwave and a dishwasher. On the first floor there are two living / bedrooms with each a double bed, sitting corner and TV. The chalet furthermore has a ski storage, Wi-Fi internet connection (for an additional fee) and balconies.

Seven bedrooms, of which six with each a double bed and one bedroom with three single beds. Four bathrooms, of which two with a shower in each room, one bathroom with a bath and one bathroom with a shower and toilet. Three separate toilets.
