Chalet-apartment Carla is an attractive and modern chalet with a quiet location in Umhausen. The ski bus stop is approx. 600 meters away from the chalet. This free ski bus takes you to the nearest ski lift and piste in Oetz-Hochoetz (approx. 8.5 km). There is also the possibility to discover the versatile ski area of Sölden. The nearest ski lift in the bustling village is approx. 22 km away. For the cross-country skiers among us, we also have good news as there is a cross-country ski trail at approx. 500 metres. In addition to cross-country skiing, in the Umhausen/Niederthai region you can go tobogganing, ice skating, ice climbing and hiking.
The chalet is located about 500 meters from the center of Umhausen. Here you will find a supermarket, some restaurants and a bakery. The idyllic Umhausen is the oldest place of the Ötztal and known for the highest waterfall of Tyrol. The town has a friendly atmosphere. If you are looking for aprés-ski, you can go to the famous Sölden.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. Because apartment Carla has large windows, you have a beautiful view over the surrounding mountain world. Furthermore, the apartment has Wi-Fi and a terrace. There is also a ski storage room in the chalet. You can park your car on the parking lot at the chalet.
The owner also lives in the chalet.
