Chalet Schöne Aussicht is quiet and sunny and has a beautiful view over the hamlet Mühlbach in Bramberg due to its elevated location. The chalet has been completely renovated and is fully equipped with all conveniences but still retains its cozy feel. This is the perfect place if you want a good ski area nearby but after an active day on the slopes would like to relax in a quieter environment.
About 3.4 km away is the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach which takes you directly into the challenging ski area of KitzSki Kitzbühel / Kirchberg. Do you prefer a more manageable ski area? About 4.5 km away is the Smaragdbahn in Bramberg which takes you to the Wildkogel Arena. Both ski areas can be reached in about 5 car minutes.
At about 900 meters you have the possibility to do some shopping and you will also find the nearest restaurant.
Chalet Schöne Aussicht has a heated ski storage room, balcony, large south-facing terrace, covered carport for up to 2 cars and two more parking spaces. There is also a power outlet available for quick charging of an electric car.
First floor:
Three bedrooms, two with a double bed each and one with a double bed and pull-out bed for 2 people. Two bathrooms each with a shower and hairdryer. Separate toilet.
1st floor:
Living room with television, Sonos music box, large sitting area, 2-person sofa bed. Separate dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with 6 hotplates, fridge, freezer, combi-oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, sandwich maker and kettle.
Bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate toilet.
All double beds consist of 2 single box spring beds (0.90 x 2.10) which are connected by a click system. These beds can therefore, if desired, also be used as 2 single beds.
