Chalet Zellermoos is located in Zell am See, about 800 meters from the AreitXpress. This ski elevator takes you up the Schmittenhöhe (2000m), with slopes for both beginners and advanced! At the AreitXpress is also the ski school. For cross-country skiers there is a cross-country trail about 400 meters from chalet Zellermoos. The nearest supermarket is already at ca. 500 meters from the chalet and more stores can be found at ca. 1 km distance. Also restaurants and bars can be found at ca. 1 km distance. For even more shopping and nightlife you can go to the atmospheric center of Zell am See at ca. 3.5 km distance. Kaprun with the Kitzsteinhorn glacier is also quickly accessible.
Chalet Zellermoos is fully equipped. The chalet includes nine bedrooms, balcony, terrace, ski storage room with ski boot dryer and Wi-Fi. Parking spaces are available at the chalet.
In all likelihood, the ski area at Zell am See itself will be closed from April 7, 2024. From that date, your ski pass can of course still be used on the Kitzsteinhorn glacier near Kaprun.
The peace and quiet of local residents must be respected during your stay. Youth groups are not allowed in this chalet.

Cozy living room with comfortable seating area, television, DVD player and a dining area (suitable for 24 persons). Modern, fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a small dining table.
There are ten bedrooms in total, seven of which have either a double bed or two single beds each and three family rooms, each with a double bed and bunk beds. Six bathrooms, five each with a shower and toilet and one with a shower.
The tenth bedroom was added in December 2024 and is located on the second floor. The floor plan is and 3D images unfortunately do not show this bedroom yet.

Het is een prachtige ruime chalet met nette kamers en badkamers en een comfortabele leefruimte. De chalet ligt op 5 minuten met de auto van de gratis parking aan de Areit Express Bahn. Te voet is dit volgens ons niet te doen. Het enige wat we hebben gemist is huisraad in de keuken (mixer, bowls, rasp, schaar, ). We hadden ook geen info over hoe we de hottub konden aansteken, na een telefoontje is de eigenaar dat zelf komen doen. Super natuurlijk maar het opwarmen van zo een massa water duurt ettelijke uren .....De sauna was geweldig.

Het is wel een klein stukje lopen naar de piste. Aan het huisje zelf mankeert niks. Voldoende inventaris voor grote groepen. Zelfs een aparte ruimte om je ski spullen op te bergen.
