The charming wooden chalet Katharina is perfect if you do not want to be in the hustle and bustle but still close to major ski areas. The chalet is located near Aschau im Zillertal, between the ski area at Kaltenbach (ca. 3 km) and Zell am Ziller (ca. 6 km). The free ski bus stops at ca. 800 m, it will take you to the slopes and elevators in Kaltenbach within seven minutes. From here you have access to the Hochfügen-Hochzillertal ski area. You can also choose to ski in the Zillertal Arena from Zell am Ziller.
The centers of Kaltenbach and Aschau im Zillertal are about the same distance from the chalet, about 3 km. In Aschau im Zillertal you will find some stores and restaurants. For ski schools, ski rental and several stores, restaurants and bars you can go to Kaltenbach and Zell am Ziller, among others. Here you will find all the necessary facilities for a successful winter sport and you can go for a well-deserved snack and/or drink after an active day on the slopes. Want to try something different? Then there is a cross-country trail at about 800 m from the chalet.
Katharina is comfortably furnished, fully equipped and features a south-facing terrace where you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. There is a parking lot where you can park your car. A maximum of two pets are allowed and the chalet has WiFi.
Additional rental equipment can be picked up in Kaltenbach, directly at the bottom of the ski elevator.
