Chalet Rocking Home is a luxurious, detached chalet in Aschau im Zillertal and opened its doors in December 2024. The spacious chalet is spread over five floors and is equipped with every comfort. After an active day in the snow, you can relax in the outdoor whirlpool or the private spa with Finnish sauna.
Aschau im Zillertal is located between two Zillertal ski areas; from Kaltenbach (4 km) you have access to the Hochfügen-Hochzillertal ski area and from Zell am Ziller (3 km) you can ski in the Zillertal Arena, your ski pass is valid for all ski areas in the Zillertal with a total of more than 450 km of slopes! The free ski bus stops about 25 meters from the chalet.
In the cozy center of Aschau you will find supermarkets, stores, restaurants and ski rental.
Chalet Rocking Home has a heated ski storage room with ski boot dryers, an elevator, private wellness with sauna and outdoor whirlpool. There are five parking spaces at the chalet and free Wi-Fi.
The luxury chalet consists of five floors including a basement and roof terrace. All floors can be reached by elevator.
The living area (on the second floor) features a large sitting area with fireplace and television. You will also find a modern dining area with dining table and designer kitchen with bar. The kitchen has a cooking island with hob, two ovens, microwave, refrigerator, separate wine fridge, a Nespresso machine and two coffee filter machines. There is also a bar with beer tap and a special catering dishwasher available. From the kitchen you have access to a large balcony.
The chalet has eight bedrooms, all with double beds and television. There are six bathrooms, four of which are en-suite. Four bedrooms have an extra bunk bed for 2 persons. All bathrooms have a walk-in shower and toilet. Some rooms have access to the balcony.
In the basement is the private spa with sauna and whirlpool.
On the top floor you will find a large roof terrace with panoramic views.
