Luxurious semi-detached chalets in Finkenberg, 500m from the ski lift

General description

Chalet Johanna exists out of two identical semi-detached chalets (built in 2011), situated at a quiet location in the outskirts of the charming village of Finkenberg. At only 500 metres from the chalet the Finkenberger Albahn departs directly into the ski area of Mayrhofen and Finkenberg. The distance to the ski lifts Ahornbahn and the Penkenbahn in Mayrhofen is 4.8 km and the ski lift leading to the Zillertal Arena is found at a distance of 9.7 km. The free ski bus departs at only 10 metres away from the chalet and leads in the direction of Mayrhofen.

The centre of the quiet winter sport village Finkenberg is situated at 800 metres away. Here you can find several shops, restaurants and bars. Moreover, there is a supermarket at only 400 metres distance and a restaurants at 200 metres. Those who seek après-ski are recommended to visit Mayrhofen, found at 4 km from the chalet.

The two chalets Johanna have a luxurious and comfortable interior with wooden designer furniture. The chalets both have an infra-red sauna, where you can truly relax after a long day on the slopes. Moreover, there is a ski storage with shoe dryer, Internet (Wi-Fi, for an additional fee), balconies, a terrace with furniture, a carport and bread service.

Layout

This chalet is divided over two floors.

There is a living room with a seating corner, a flat-screen television, a dining corner and direct access to the terrace with furniture. The fully equipped open kitchen has e.g. four hotplates, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. Moreover, there is Internet (Wi-Fi) and there are balconies.

There are four bathrooms, three with a double bed and one with a double bed, a single bed and direct access to the balcony. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, a shower and a separate toilet and one with a shower and a toilet.

The given price is applied with an occupancy of 8 persons. An additional fee is charged for an extra person (max. 9 persons, upon request). A surcharge of € 175,- per week is requested for an extra person, payment on site.
